Users using services provided electronically through the Shop are requested to provide personal data voluntarily, including in particular name, surname, address, e-mail address and telephone number. These data may also be collected if necessary for the performance of a contract, if the data subject is a party to it or if it is essential to take action before agreeing to the request of the data subject. We collect the data mentioned above to provide services to the persons concerned. The Seller is the only recipient of the collected data.
We may also ask users who use services provided electronically through the Shop to provide personal data voluntarily, including in particular name, surname, address, e-mail address and telephone number for marketing purposes. These objectives may include, in particular, sending commercial information by the Seller using the Customer's contact details. Consent to data processing in this respect may be withdrawn at any time.
The controller shall exercise due diligence to protect the rights of the users whose data are being processed and shall, in particular, ensure that the data are:
collected for the purposes set out in this document and for legitimate purposes,
not subjected to further processing incompatible with the above purposes,
substantially correct and adequate concerning the purposes for which they are processed,
kept in a form which permits identification of the persons concerned for no longer than is necessary to achieve the purpose of the processing.
The users have the right to control the processing of data concerning them contained in the Seller's data files. It is mainly the right to access and correct their content, as well as to demand to complete, update, correct personal data, temporarily or permanently suspend their processing or delete them if they are incomplete, outdated, untrue or have been collected in violation of the Act or are no longer necessary for the purpose for which they were collected.
These are internal event logs of the Shop's server, automatically saving page requests sent out when users visit its sites. The system logs contain the page request sent by the User, the IP address, browser type, browser language, date and time of the request and at least one "cookie" that can uniquely identify the User's browser.
The "cookie" file
It is a small file containing a string of characters that is sent to the User's computer when they visit the Shop. When a user visits the Shop again, the cookie allows the User’s browser to be recognized by the Shop. In browser settings, it can be chosen to reject cookies or to indicate that a cookie has been sent. The User of the Shop may agree to the use of "cookies". In connection with the use of the Shop by users, we may automatically collect and save in server logs technical details of the use of services, requests sent by the User in connection with the provision of electronic services, the IP address and technical data about the operation of the Shop in connection with the activities performed by the User, in particular information about the start, end and scope of each use of the service provided electronically. We may also collect information to store it locally on the User's device using the memory mechanism of the browser.
When providing services to users, we use professional technologies to collect and save information, such as cookies. The cookie data may also be accessed by Google through the tools Google Analytics and Google Adwords, to compile statistics on traffic and the effectiveness of promotional campaigns conducted by the Seller using the tools mentioned above.
The data collected in the Shop is collected on external secure and professional servers, based on contracts concluded by the Seller. The Seller takes reasonable precautions to protect the personal data of its users against unauthorized access, destruction, disclosure and unauthorized use. Only the users themselves, the Seller and the third parties indicated in this document for statistical purposes are entitled to process the Shop's users' data.
